NAI AVANT BROKERS SALE OF INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE, COLUMBIA, SC

COLUMBIA, SC (September 6, 2012) NAI Avant Brokerage Team members Paul Hartley, SIOR, Nick Stomski, SIOR, and Rob Lapin recently brokered the sale of 1291 South First Street in the Columbia Industrial Park. Lapin and Stomski represented the seller and Hartley represented the purchaser, ACME Logistics, Inc in the transaction. The 11,760 square foot industrial warehouse comprises 3,434 square feet of office and manufacturing space on 1.22 acres.
