While I am considering joining this RP, I'm a bit confused by this statement:

There are those who work with them even though they cannot use their weapons and these people are rewarded handsomely.

And yet there's a weapons section in the form. Are there certain parts where characters can't use their weapons?

There are different weapons that are more powerful for the leaders. These are the ones that the others can't use. Sorry if that's unclear but I'm just unsure how to put it.
